Summer Shipping
Given the high risk of soy candles melting during the summer season, all items purchased from May 15th to September 15th will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. We ship this way to protect the candles from extended periods of time in the heat.
If you are placing an order after 3pm ET on a Tuesday, or anytime on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, please note that your ENTIRE order will be held until Monday (or the next non-holiday business day) for shipping.
Regular Shipping
After September 15th all orders will be poured and shipped within 48 hours.
Returns

This means you can return any product, within 30 days of purchase, and we will gladly refund, exchange or issue a store credit.

You will need your invoice and the merchandise in the original packaging. The box will be sent to us via insured mail. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.
